The team at Linda Strickland Realty combines more than 80 years experience in residential and commercial real estate. We have first-hand knowledge of the area we call the First Coast. Since we also own and manage real estate here, you might say we eat our own cooking.
Linda was born in Ocala and raised in Jacksonville. She raised her family in Avondale, and now lives in San Marco with her husband John Pauley who has provided commercial space planning and design services for more than 50 years. They are members of San Marco Preservation Society, Riverside Avondale Preservation, and attend St. Paul's Catholic Church in Riverside. Linda has been a realtor since 1984, and an active real estate broker since 2018. She and John are enthusiastic supporters of local causes involving children and seniors. They love area beach getaways, travel, and local business (including lemonade and hot dog stands).
Ellie was born and raised in Orange Park. She holds an AA degree from Santa Fe College and a BA in Communications from Georgia Southern University. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2018, and has a long career in retailing and marketing. Clients benefit from her use of technology and social media platforms. She is passionate about helping people with their real estate needs. She resides in Ortega with her husband Jordan, their newborn son Boyd, and their 11 year old yellow English Labrador Gus. She, Jordan, Boyd, and Gus enjoy the streets, parks, and neighbors in Ortega where they are planning a family.
Tammy was born in Tennessee and has resided in Florida since 1973. She graduated Ed White High School and has 29 years experience in real estate. She is a broker for her own property management firm. Her husband Pete owns Drumoore Construction. The two enjoy being with their sons Alex and Charlie, and are fans of Florida's great outdoors. They enjoy Jeep Life, Florida's springs, and lobstering every August in the Florida Keys. Visiting Vilano Beach is one of their favorite getaways. They honor local and family-owned businesses.
Born at St. Vincent's Hospital, Mary Grace has roots here, too. She is from a big family, married her husband Harry while he was serving in the U.S. Navy, and settled here after his military service. She attended FCCJ, served the juvenile justice program at Gateway Community Services for years, and has experience managing tenant office suites. Linda recognized her potential and encouraged her to get her real estate license in 2019. She and her husband live in her childhood home once owned by her grandparents. She loves the life of service, whether it is helping others become homeowners, baking and decorating cakes for others to enjoy, or being there for her children. She attends Mary Queen of Heaven Church and remembers when Old Middleburg Road was a dirt road.
Ed was born in Savannah, Ga and attended the University of Georgia where he received a Master of Arts degree in Marketing. For over 25 years he worked for several companies in the medical industry as a professional sales representative specializing in medical imaging and software applications. He has been a resident of the beaches since 1981, has been a licensed Realtor for twenty years. He loves family, dogs, sports, and the relaxation the Atlantic Ocean offers.
Josh was raised in Jacksonville's Mandarin area. He attended FSCJ where he studied Criminology and Public Administration. He is an avid outdoorsman, loves to hunt and camp, and compete in bass tournaments. He has been licensed as a Real Estate Agent since 2017, and enjoys working with investment property owners.
